Newborough Warren National Nature Reserve, Anglesey
Feasibility study for Visitor Centre and Interpretation strategy, with Ian Parkin. The Warren is a heavily wooded area of conifer plantation (supporting a thriving colony of red squirrels) on an extensive and important system of wind blown coastal sand dunes with a range of fascinating habitats. Overlying it is a highly significant cultural landscape reflecting 5000 years of occupation of this remarkably beautiful and sensitive littoral landscape which is also a popular recreational area. Prepared for CCW and Menter Mon.
