Prepared an Access Plan and an Audience Development Plan to inform the creation of a mixed use heritage attraction with commercial workshop space for letting to creative businesses. Newman Brothers is a unique time capsule factory within the historic Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham with all its machinery and products in situ. I was responsible for identifying physical, social and cultural barriers and proposing innovative ways of overcoming them. I also examined the potential of the Coffin Works in the national and international Dark Tourism market and identified joint marketing and educational opportunities with local cemeteries and multicultural places of worship.
